Sometimes I practice more technical ties to not forget my skills as I get lost in the philosophical parts of rope bondage. Some might be worried that the blue calf’s indicate a lack of blood circulation, but this is not the case. The color is caused by blood being trapped in the most shallow blood vessels, and the main blood circulation still flows uninterrupted.
